The Villa is located at Al-amarah city, Iraq. The site is located on a flat surface and all the buildings in the area are designed to be one to three storey.
The living room on the first floor is about 47m2.This space, which is located between the dining room and the main entrance hall. The living room is placed so it can use natural light from both middle garden and the outer space.
The interior is designed having the classic elements.The large windows let the natural light enters the space also they are a must in classic style.
The kitchen and dinning room area on the first floor are about 43m2.The dinning room is located close to the kitchen.A cosy space for the family to spend time.
The design of the kitchen and dining room, like other spaces, follows the classic style.In the design of the kitchen, a large counter is built in to have more work space. The material used for the cabinets is off-white wood.The dining table is designed to have both chairs and bench-like seats.
The main hall area on the first floor is about 57m2.There is a classic round staircase designed as the main connection to the second level.
The main hall is the place to connect the space of the first and second floors, where the stairs and elevatorare located, and the whole space is decorated in a classic style with beautiful arches and tall columns.
The entrance on the first floor is about 16m2.The entrance of the house acts like a corridor that guides people to the adjacent spaces and has a height difference to separate the space from the main hall.
The entrance hall is decorated using classic columns and arches similar to the ones used in the facade design. This area is designed to have tall ceiling to make the space look more glorious.
The guest dining area on the first floor is about 27m2.which is located on the left side of the entrance. It can be reached both from the entrance hall and the main hall.
There is a seperate dining room designed for the visitors.This area is a public area so it is placed on the public side of the plan next to the entrance hall.
The office area on the first floor is about 15m2.A private office is located on the right side of the villa’s entrance, apart from other spaces,where guests can visit the office without entering the private part of the villa.
Classical elements are used in the interior design of this office.
The sitting room area on the first floor is about 36m2.This room is a part of the space where the office room is located,which is used by the residents in addition to being used by business guests.
An electric fireplace is used to have a more pleasant dining room, which has fewer facilities and its design is in line with other spaces.
The main bedroom area on the first floor is about 48m2.The design of the main bedroom, which includes a sleeping area, living room, closet and bathroom.
This bedroom is designed to meet the needs of a couple, including a place to relax, watch TV and have enough space for clothes, which matches the style of the villa and uses classical elements.

The boy’s bedroom area on the second floor is about 47m2.The design of the boy’s bedroom i ncludes Tv room، a sleeping area, sitting area, closet and bathroom.
The bedroom is designed in a classic style, matching the rest of the areas. It is designed based on a boy needs of a space.
